Sales Coordinator

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

There are three (3) areas of coordination covered by the Sales Coordinator –

A. Sales Admin

B. Warehousing and Storage

C. Logistics and Documentation

The role of Sales Coordinator entails coordination among different sections and departments and provides support for operations to achieve sales, delivery to customers, and complete all the related documentation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Three (3) Areas of Focus:

A. Sales Admin

  • Main person to process customer orders and to answer all queries related to products available (and not available) for sale.
  • Assists in preparing the sales quotations with Sales Manager and Sale Executives and keeps records of all sales-related transactions
  • Manages office accounts and handles related concerns
  • Perform other tasks according to business goals and objectives.

B. Warehousing and Storage

  • Checks customers’ orders against stocks position and recommends action for re-stocking or move-out options for overstock items.
  • Encoding the incoming and outgoing stocks on the inventory system and runs the required inventory reports when needed.
  • Coordinates the deposit and withdrawals of stocks with the cold storage
  • Assists in physical or actual count
  • Assists in evaluating the quality of products and able to provide support on the task to be completed
  • Perform other tasks according to business goals and objectives.

C. Logistics and Documentation

  • Oversees the delivery drivers and helpers in the delivery of customers’ orders and ensures completion of all sales-related documents
  • Monitors deliveries at all times and ensures completion at the required delivery time by customers
  • Perform other tasks according to business goals and objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales operations, sales admin, sales coordination, supply chain management, logistics but not required
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor’s Degree of any business-related course, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Agriculture, Food Technology, HRM
  • Must be flexible in work locations or site assignments as required
