Sunproperties Development Corporation, initially founded in 2004 as the real estate developer of Hexagon Group of Companies, started its operations in 2014 with its first project, the Hexagon Corporate Center. The center serves as the group’s headquarters, and also offers leasing and other services to outside tenants. While we are currently focusing on leasing and rental, we aim to be a full pledged developer by 2024 with its upcoming development projects all over Luzon.
