Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, ensuring a positive sales experience, and achieving individual sales targets. He/she ensures the smooth and accurate processing of sales through proper documentation and providing after-sales service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers and assess their needs.
  • Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to promote automotive sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of different vehicles.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to adjust sales strategies and meet sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with financing and leasing options.
  • Assist with the delivery process of vehicles to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Attend training sessions and conferences to improve sales skills and knowledge of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s / College degree.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
