Job description:
The position is responsible for supporting the Head of Sales as well as the Sales Team by providing clerical and administrative support. Such support would include following with customers, answering telephone calls, performing CRM data entry, completing orders, fulfilling accreditation requirements, processing of sales data, progress reports, among others.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers calls and coordinates the inquiry with the right salesperson.
- Fulfills accreditation within committed timeline.
- Encodes and updates CRM contact details.
- Assists in the completion of sales orders and invoicing in the absence of sales team member/s.
- Arranges meetings and facilitates reservation of conference rooms.
- Files requests for travel; coordinates travel arrangements.
- Assists in sales liquidation and reimbursements, tracks sales expenses.
- Fulfills documentation requirements for signing of PM, clearances, etc. of new and resigned employees.
- Collates monthly sales meeting data, templates, and presentations.
- Drafts quotation/s based on the requirements of the client.
- Maintains a file of the accreditation renewals and expiry of accounts.
- Maintains and updates ITG’s PHILGEPS account and other vendor portals.
- Communicates, monitors and ensures proper billing and accreditation procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Commerce, or any business-related courses.
- At least two (2) years of sales experience in a B2B sales environment, or in any client-facing role with account management activities.
- Previous experience handling finances and working within a strict deadline, an advantage.
