Sales and Marketing Admin

A Sales and Marketing Admin provides operational and administrative support to both sales and marketing functions. Their work ensures that customer data, reports, campaigns, and internal processes are accurate, up-to-date, and well-coordinated.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Manage daily administrative operations, including purchase order processing, inventory monitoring, and supplier coordination.
  • Maintain and regularly update the marketing activity calendar to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Organize, document, and archive campaign materials, reports, and other marketing-related files for easy access and reference.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales-related documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal/external communications.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Processing orders, invoices, and quotations
  • Monitor and track sales performance, preparing regular reports for management review.
  • Support client engagement by assisting with follow-ups and responding to inquiries.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the department head.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience is an advantage but not required. Fresh graduates with brilliant minds are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and sales processes
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Canva, and email platforms
  • Creative thinking & idea generation – Ability to come up with unique campaign concepts and fresh content ideas
