OJT – Human Resource Operations (Payroll)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

Ensures proper implementation of all HRO – Payroll process and procedures derived from policies and guidelines.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the filing and organizing of Payroll documents and other administrative tasks
  • Encode data in assigned Payroll report.
  • Assist payroll team on employee inquiries.
  • Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and outside professionals.
  • Undergraduate student who are  currently taking up Business Administration, Psychology or similar course
