MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Ensures proper implementation of all HRO – Payroll process and procedures derived from policies and guidelines.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the filing and organizing of Payroll documents and other administrative tasks
- Encode data in assigned Payroll report.
- Assist payroll team on employee inquiries.
- Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and outside professionals.
- Undergraduate student who are currently taking up Business Administration, Psychology or similar course
