OJT for Engineering Department

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • To assist in building inspection and repair and maintenance works
  • To organize and maintain the documents adhering to the department’s document life cycle procedure.
  • To control and keep archive documents in accordance with the record retention schedule.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist and observe on the conduct of repair works of the Engineering Section and preventive maintenance works of the contractors.
  • Assist in the conduct of property audit, building walkthrough inspection and fit-out
    inspection.
  • To ensure that projects of the Property Management Office are well documented.
  • Perform other administrative/engineering and/or clerical duties including but not limited to organizing and maintaining files and records, and scheduling appointments.
  • Route documents for signature, properly stamped, and prepare document transmittals.
  • Ensure the completeness of Master copy of documented/controlled process in an electronic form and hard copies
  • Create a monitoring sheet for the deadline and proper disposal of all documented information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • Currently taking up a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering course or any business and property management related course
  • Must be knowledgeable in Google applications
  • Good both oral and written communications
  • Highly organized and keen to details
  • Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
