Responsible for ensuring that all employee government mandatory deductions are paid accurately and remitted in a timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares Establishment Report as part of DOLE compliance
- Liaises with different government agencies in filing for claims and other needed reports; provides updates and/or coordinates with HRO Associate/ Unit HR as needed; Facilitates the processing, control, and reimbursement of government-mandated and company-initiated benefits such as sickness, maternity, hospitalization, loans, HMO, Personal Accident, and employee status updates
- Assists in the generation of TIN and PHIC for new hires
- Ensures required documents such as signature cards (L501) filed with various government agencies are up to date; provides updated documents when necessary
- Coordinates enrollment and update as well as termination of health card and insurance coverage of employees with concerned service providers
- Verifies issues and problems concerning rejected loan and benefit claim applications; coordinates the same with HRO Associate to be able to take immediate action and address problem
- Spearheads the Annual Physical Examination across HGC
- Generates certificate of contribution for SSS, PHIC and HDMF, whenever needed
- Safekeeps and updates copies of all benefit-related requests and compliance documents
- Ensures proper implementation of HRO-BEN procedures and guidelines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Human Resources or Business Administration
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience to a similar position
- Preferably willing to do fieldwork
