Hexagon Land, Sunproperties Subsidiary, Sets Flagship Housing Project in Laguna

September 2, 2025 –  Hexagon Land Corporation (HLC), a subsidiary of Sunproperties Development Corporation (SDC), has officially entered into partnership with experienced housing developer Mylene Swarbrick to spearhead its entry into the affordable housing sector.

Swarbrick, who has built a track record of successful housing projects across Laguna, has been appointed President of Hexagon Land Corporation. Under her leadership, the company is now in the process of completing regulatory and development requirements to launch its first flagship project, Simplicio Homes, set in the municipality of Magdalena, Laguna.

Simplicio Homes is envisioned as a master-planned residential-commercial community that will combine quality, affordability, and accessibility for all Filipino families in Magdalena, providing residents convenient access to schools, local markets, and major transport routes leading to nearby towns and city centers in Laguna.

The project is expected to generate new economic activity in Magdalena by creating jobs during its construction phase and stimulating demand for local businesses once the community is fully established.

The tentative groundbreaking ceremony for Simplicio Homes is scheduled for November 8, 2025, signaling the start of what is projected to be one of the most significant housing developments in the area and the flagship housing project of Sunproperties.
