Corporate Planning and Management Officer

This role translates strategy into measurable execution with a strong focus on financial impact. The officer ensures day‐to‐day operations align with long‐term strategy while driving profitability, expense efficiency, revenue growth opportunities, and measurable ROI from strategic initiatives.

Function: Central planning, performance management, and portfolio governance for ITG‐PH.

Main purpose: Monitor & convert strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes that materially
improve the company’s financial performance by increasing revenue, reducing costs, optimizing capital allocation, and
maximizing return on strategic investments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Translate strategy into OKRs and initiative roadmaps with financial targets and benefit‐realization plans.
  • Maintain a centralized portfolio tracker with budget, spend, forecast, variance, and ROI for each project.
  • Run the reporting cadence: weekly operational highlights, monthly financial variance analysis, quarterly strategic reviews with board‐grade summaries.
  • Lead stage‐gate reviews with financial go/no‐go criteria and post‐implementation benefit validation.
  • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts; trigger reforecasts when variances exceed thresholds.
  • Institutionalize continuous improvement by ensuring CI projects’ savings are measured, validated, and reflected in P&L.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years in corporate planning, strategy, PMO, or portfolio management roles with demonstrable exposure to financial modeling and business case development.
  • Experience in technology or services firms, involvement in revenue growth initiatives, cost transformation programs, and direct collaboration with executive leadership on capital allocation decisions.
