Recruitment Staff (Reliever)

The Recruitment Staff is responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of end to end recruitment process, evaluates and secures the best talent to meet its workforce needs, assisting in various HR functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafts and publishes clear, engaging job postings across various online channels (e.g., for jobstreet, company career page, social media, professional networks)
  • Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, employee referrals, hexagon career sites, bulletin board, warehouse posting, various LGU or institutions, and other recruitment portal (LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Conducts initial interview for applicants under Job Grade/Rank 1 and 4
  • Reviews application and prepares interview assessment form to document comments, recommendation or feedback
  • Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendar invites and room bookings/video links.
  • Maintains regular, professional communication with candidates throughout the process to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Issues timely follow-ups and rejection notifications to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Assists in the issuance of the pre-employment requirements list and escalates any document discrepancies to the HRA Manager. Prepares undertaking or waiver, whenever necessary.
  • Participates in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other industry networking activities.
  • Maintains and updates the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, open requisitions, candidate channels)
  • Coordinates interview schedules and logistical details between candidates and internal teams.
  • Ensures timely monitoring of Employee Referral Program
  • Conducts pre-employment background checks, character references, and credential verification.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes follow relevant labor standards, company policies, and confidentiality rules.
  • Assists in preparation and execution of HR & Admin company activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management and Business Administration
  • At least two (2) years experience in recruitment or equivalent (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered)
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills for interfacing with candidates and internal leadership.
  • The position is for Reliever position for 3 months.
