Responsible for ensuring bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements with related schedules and other reportorial requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares, records, and reconciles accounting transactions and maintains the books of accounts.
- Prepares external financial statements and related schedules – monthly, quarterly and annually
- Handles the mandated reportorial requirements of the assigned business units with the BIR, SEC, LGU, and other government agencies
- Assists in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits
- Liaises and represents business units to BIR, SEC, LGU, and other government agencies
- Assists in the initial/renewal/amended registration of new/existing business units with the BIR, LGU, and other government agencies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting
- At least one (1) year of experience with handling tax filing and reconciliation
- Willing to travel or do fieldwork
