The Corporate Planning & Business Development Admin Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the CPBD Department. The role is responsible for maintaining, updating and improving CPBD templates, monitoring performance trackers, managing departmental records, coordinating meetings and supporting Operations Advisors in executing strategic initiatives. This position ensures timely reporting, seamless communication and smooth day-to-day implementation of CPBD activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Planning & Reporting Support
- Prepare, administer and continuously improve CPBD templates, monitoring tools and databases.
- Responsible for consolidating Business Unit submissions and ensuring completeness of reports.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files of CPBD reports and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentation materials and other documents required by the division.
- Provide administrative, coordination and operational support to the Corporate Planning & Business Development (CPBD) Department.
Performance Monitoring
- Update and monitor BU performance monitoring sheets, including:
- Sales Performance
- EBITDA
- NIBT
- NIAT
- Other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as required
- Maintain the Action Plan Monitoring Sheet and follow up on pending action items with concerned personnel.
- Assist in preparing periodic monitoring reports and dashboards.
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Monitor and process Asset Acquisition Forms and maintain related records.
- Prepare meeting invitations, meeting materials and attendance records as required.
- Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to the Operations Advisors.
Communications & Information Management
- Prepare and distribute the Weekly News Update.
- Update and maintain the company’s website and official social media platforms with approved content.
- Assist in preparing internal announcements, presentations and communication materials.
Events & Project Support
- Provide logistical and administrative support during Business Planning Kickoff, Business Reviews, workshops and other departmental events.
- Coordinate venue arrangements, meeting materials, documentation and participant requirements.
- Assist in special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Financial Management, Accountancy, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or any related four-year course.
- At least two (2) years of experience in administrative function
- Experience preparing reports and presentations, supporting management-level meetings and coordinating cross-functional activities
- Exposure to business planning, corporate planning, reporting, project coordination or related functions is an advantage.
- Experience in a corporate or multi-business environment is also an advantage.
