Responsible for examining every functional and operational line of the Group and members’ units’ activities. Responsible for conducting of audit (either compliance or special) of assigned unit/group companies, rendering assistance on special projects of the division, if there are any, and acts as IQA auditor for ISO.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts monthly compliance audits on assigned group or unit companies based on the released Audit Plan for the fiscal period.
- Conducts or assists on special requests for review and audit (background checking, customer visitations, year-end count, etc.) based on the needs/expectation of the organization/requisitioner.
- Reviews operations’ policies, procedures, standards, laws, regulations, and other requirements and validates information against the need of the organization; Analyzes risks & reviews operating controls to assess conformance
- Provides analysis and recommended course of action based on the audit activity results.
- Ensures individual scoreboards for WIG sessions are updated regularly
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Internal Audit or BS Accountancy. Preferably CIA or CPA.
- At least one (1) year of experience in similar position
- Preferably willing to travel.
