OJT for HR Department

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the filing and organizing of Payroll and/or Benefits and Data Management documents and other administrative tasks
  • Encode data in assigned Payroll and/or Benefits and Data Management reports.
  • Assist payroll team on employee inquiries.
  • Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate student taking up a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or any related course
