The position is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities by conducting outbound calls and email interactions. Responsible for routing qualified leads to the outside sales team and monitors the progress of quality leads. The position is also responsible for
shortening the sales cycle by bridging the gap between generated leads and qualified leads.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products and services.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or other channels to close sales.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to communicate benefits effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and follow-ups.
- Update CRM systems with detailed records of interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and improve sales strategies.
- Provide regular feedback on customer responses, market trends, and opportunities to enhance product offerings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Commerce, or any business-related course.
- 1-2 years working experience in a similar role.

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and experience using productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace) is a plus.
