MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Ensures proper implementation of all HRO process and procedures derived from policies and guidelines, plans and programs that impact on Human Resource Operations within the area of Data Management Section and Employee Labor Relations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs Records Management process
- Assist Date Management and Benefits section in updating employee information as per EI Google Survey.
- Inquire or seek update on the latest news and announcement of SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig and DOLE
- Assist Date Management and Benefits section in the managing of files in the 201 file room.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Currently in enrolled in a Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science related course
- Required to complete OJT / internship hours as part of academic requirements.
