Service and Parts Manager (Bataan)

The Service and Parts Manager is responsible for managing the dealership’s service and parts department. This includes overseeing repairs, maintenance, parts inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction with service quality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the scheduled service appointments.
  • Manages the parts and accessories inventory, ordering and stocking parts as needed.
  • Collaborating with Service Advisors to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
  • Ensures that parts inventory turns (established #) times per year.
  • Supervises stock order procedures including the receiving of stocks from the principal.
  • Sets and enforces a policy on the special ordering of parts.
  • Creates shipping and receiving policies to ensure on-time processing.
  • Maintain service records and ensure compliance with warranty requirements.
  • Supervise the transport of vehicles from stockroom to showroom
  • Oversee the route of the delivery of the vehicles
  • Supervise technicians and service advisors, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Monitor service department performance and implement improvements.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Technical Knowledge of Vehicle System
  • Computer literate on MS office packages or Google Suite.
  • Incumbent will be assigned in Balanga, Bataan
