Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant is responsible in assisting the operations and the administrative needs of the Business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Operations Assistant is tasked to:

  • Assist in preparing the Importation Documents, Sale Contracts, and keeps records of all sales and importations related transactions.
  • Handles Importation, incoming orders for business operations – from Purchase Order process up to Logistics and Accounting documentations.
  • Assist in checking of Warehouse Receiving Reports, Stock Card preparation, and overall inventory management.
  • Prepare correspondence with all suppliers, service providers such as truckers and brokers, regarding sales delivery and business operations and relay them to the concerned sections for timely actions.
  • Maintains Business Licenses updated and compliant to the corresponding government agencies at all times.
  • Complies with the guidelines of the external audit and accounting systems as used by unit and any systems that the Group Management may use.

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide assistance to unit operations team and Group Management accounting, audit and fund management departments.
  • All administrative assignments that may be assigned.

Other Support Duties:

  • Safe keeping and filing of importations, logistics and other related documents.
