Liaison Staff

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Ensure timely communication and document handling between the SDC and external parties. Responsible for deliveries and pick – up of items, documents, payments and packages between managed and owned properties and other related establishments.
  • Assisting the departments with administrative processes.
  • Serves as the company driver for official functions of the operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Perform messengerial tasks such as collection of account receivables, payment of bills and deposits of cash/cheque into banks, LGUs and other establishments as instructed. a) Ensure the safekeeping of cash, checks, or other valuables during errands.
  • Remittance of cash collection from the managed properties.
  • Distribution of letters and documents to customers, local and national government units, contractors, vendors and suppliers. Ensures to collect and seal outgoing mails religiously.
  • Ensure all items received from visited establishments shall be at hand over to all concerned departments for record purposes.
  • Safekeeps all documents at hand and ensures completeness.
  • Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior.
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of personnel, and materials.
  • Inform the department officers the activities of the company service vehicle.

Administrative Duties:

  • Perform administrative and office support activities.
  • Keep records of all transactions and maintain a well-organized filing system for documentation related to government agency interactions.
  • Ensure that the company service vehicle is well maintained.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College degree in Office Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in the related field.
  • Familiarity with government and banks processes
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Must have a driving license
  • Amenable to do field work
