HR Generalist (project-based)

Job description

Develops and maintains effective, committed, and team-oriented personnel to efficiently and effectively implement administrative policies and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Checks payroll orders for the covered period and ensures its accuracy.
  • Submits payroll orders based on SLA
  • Check the billing of agencies based on SLA
  • Resolves employees’ concern regarding wage payment, benefits, and other issues relating to payroll and government/company-initiated benefits.
  • Check agency employee’s 13th-month pay, SIL, and final pay in a timely manner

RECRUITMENT & TRAINING

  • Manages recruitment to ensure job vacancies are filled.
  • Provides newly hired employees orientation
  • Provide training for employees based on assessment needs.

DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Documents all employee transfers, resignations, dismissals, and other status changes and maintains up-to-date and accurate information about the company’s employees and reports to the Corporate Group using the Personnel Movement Record.
  • Coordinate service requests to various group management departments.
  • Maintains confidentiality of company and employee records.

EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATION

  • Facilitates the development of various organizational teams and their working relationship with other teams and individuals
  • Organizes company events, activities, and programs.
  • Develops and maintains effective, committed, and team-oriented personnel.
  • Prepare and facilitates Notice to Explain (NTE), Notice of Decision (NOD), admin-hearing, and other implementation related to employees’ discipline.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Serves as a liaison with other external organizations regarding employee payroll, benefits verification, employees’ discipline, and status
  • Coordinate all HR matters with Group HR Department
  • Maintain building facilities in order and clean
  • Facilitated admin work requests
  • Facilitates requests for company vehicle repair and registration. Maintains record/documentation of company vehicle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 related experience is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Software
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws and regulations
  • Project-based employment for 6 months
