MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries about services, programs, and membership fees.
- Provide a list of personal trainers, schedule group classes and other gym services.
- Manage member accounts, including processing payments and updating member information.
- Assist in promoting and selling gym services and products.
- Enforce gym rules and safety regulations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and greet members and visitors as they enter the gym.
- Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and ready for members.
- Communicate concerns and submit reports of the sales transactions of the department.
- Check equipment, restock supplies, and verify that everything is in working order .
- Assist with membership sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
- Answer inquiries from social media accounts and other lead platforms.
- Update client database on a weekly basis.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, restroom, and equipment.
- Ensure the gym, cash register, computer, and other sellable items are secured.
- The closing shift will endorse the gym to the guard on duty.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College degree in Office Administration or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of experience in customer relations.
- Willing to do field work
- Willing to work, occasionally, during weekends
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
