Finance and Accounting Head


  • Ensures that the company complies with all internal and external financial policies and regulations
  • Ensure that all financial matters are protected, and sound through planning, analyzing, and managing risks.
  • Oversee the whole operations of the Finance and Accounting Department

Administrative Duties:

  • Responsible for the discipline, training, welfare and work efficiency of the employees of the department while performing their assigned tasks
  • Identify strengths and challenges in each department in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness and foster a professional culture of sites where staff can accomplish goals and feel good about their contributions
  • Directing, team building and coaching site staffs to guide in development and training them to ensure best industry practices are implemented and company policies and procedures are followed
  • Minimize risks by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing regulations, recommending new procedures, and complying with legal requirements.
  • Ensure organization is knowledgeable of finance policies. This includes conducting orientation, disseminating memos to all concerned

Technical Duties:

  • To ensure timely compliance of all government reportorial requirements
  • To ensure periodic preparation and timely payments of tax compliances
  • To make representation with government bureaus in their conduct of mandatory annual tax examinations (BIR, Local Gov’t).

Financial Analysis and Strategies:

  • Provide unit and group management relevant and important financial data/reports and analyses needed for strategic business decisions. This includes providing strategic options for management consideration.
  • Analyze, interpret, and develop revenue and expenditure projections for use in preparing operating and capital budgets, forecasts, schedules, and other management reporting information.
  • Preparation and review of annual operating budget with the Chief Operating Officer.


  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • CPA required
  • More than eight (8) years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • More than five (5) years of management experience
  • Willing to take field works outside of Metro Manila
  • Willing to work overtime during critical circumstances
  • Willing to represent the company for external matters necessary for the role
