Finance and Accounting Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Basic bookkeeping, reconciling account balances
  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Prepares Purchase Order
  • Preparation of Request for Payment
  • Preparing, processing and filing invoices, collection receipts
  • Preparing journal voucher
  • Communicating with suppliers/clients
  • Helping in any accounting-related tasks as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Business Administration or similar course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience
