DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Basic bookkeeping, reconciling account balances
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks
- Prepares Purchase Order
- Preparation of Request for Payment
- Preparing, processing and filing invoices, collection receipts
- Preparing journal voucher
- Communicating with suppliers/clients
- Helping in any accounting-related tasks as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Business Administration or similar course
- Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience
