Creative Specialist I

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Execute company brand image across all collaterals
  • Ideating content for marketing and promotional activities including supporting materials like brochures, social media post, and short videos.
  • Responsible for the filing and custodianship of images, videos, infographics, and presentation materials of the department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitates brand-specific designs and layouts for promotional materials of the department.
  • Maintain and update records of the videos, images, and posters of the department.
  • In charge of sourcing out raw materials for marketing collaterals and promotional use.
  • Design layout and customizable template for marketing and promotional use.
  • Manage, update, and monitor activities of SDC’s social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with team members to source out needed materials for the projects and properties of the company.
  • Capture photos and videos for marketing collaterals and promotional use.
  • Editing of images and videos for marketing and promotional use.
  • Regular update and posting of social media accounts.
  • Create a steady stream of followers for SDC’s social media accounts.
  • Content writing for publishing in various company platforms.
  • Maintain and update the SDC website.
  • Any other duties and tasks by the immediate head with regard to the department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience
  • Proficient with design software, technologies, and desktop publishing tools e.g. Photoshop InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, WIX, Sketch-Up, 3D, Quark, Premier and After Effects
  • Preferably certified in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Willing to do field work and occasional work during weekend
  • Willing to work, occasionally, during weekends
