Presenting to you the 28th Anniversary issue of our Newsletter. This is the first electronic issue that heralds our portal into technological epoch. As we move forward into electronic era, it represents a greater challenge to me. Concurrent to this challenge is to meet the target of 140 scholars for this school year 2019-2020, and the Book Donation for the chosen school, Congressman Reynaldo A. Calalay Memorial Elementary School and finally, presenting to you our electronic Newsletter. 

We hope the newsletter can serve the mission to commit ourselves to develop globally competitive individuals by providing scholarship grant to the indigent but deserving youth, and to update you of the latest information about the foundation. We want to provide our readers the opportunity to read the news and update our scholar writers’ contribution of life’s chronicle and literary works.

To date, we now have 290 graduates, of which 52 graduated this 2019, and 140 current scholars.

Lastly, I want to take this opportunity to thank all the contributors, and super thankful to our managing editors, Erika M. Ilagan and Dra. Lily C. Go, and Kathryn Shara L. Sanguir and also to our lay-out artist Ira Clark B. Quisora, for the undying support that our Newsletter is now Electronic Newsletter.
