Accounting Assistant (Inventory)


The Accounting – Inventory Assistant is responsible to implement and initiate control measures on merchandise inventory.


Technical Duties:

  1. Check and conduct Incoming/Outgoing Actual Inspection of products.
  2. Check and conduct daily cycle count and visual inspection of products.
  3. Prepares and encodes Receiving Report (RR) for all incoming products (local/importation).
  4. Responsible in preparing Bar Codes and Stickers.
  5. Responsible in transmitting Receiving Report, Return Goods Slip (RGS) and Job Orders.
  6. Prepares and submits Weekly Summary of Returned Goods Slip (RGS) to Credit and Collection Department.
  7. Records and updates inventory as per Bodega Orders and Delivery Receipts through Bin Cards.
  8. Updates and monitors all products reservations, products undergone labtest or testing in coordination with Sales Executives, Sales Engineers, Coordinators, Estimators and Division/Sales Manager including proper labeling and tagging for monitoring purposes.
  9. Responsible in answering phone inquiries, text messaging and emails.
  10. Monitors and updates Non-Conforming Products (NCP) and Customers Property (CP).
  11. Responsible in monitoring Warranty Claims.
  12. Responsible in preparing Quality Objectives measurement, monitoring, analysis and supporting documents.
  13. Reconcile and submits justification on inventory variances.


  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
  • With at least 1-2 years experience in general accounting
  • Knowledgeable – MS Word, Excel, Power Point
