Account Executive

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Improve revenue growth rate through lead generation and promotion.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and/or property owners and business owners within the network to enhance overall fulfillment. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support.
  • Communicate negotiations and manage contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Work closely with the Division Head on matters related to business development, division branding, marketing collaterals, presentations and other related activity for the acquisition of properties and projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft and propose strategies to expand and optimize the client network, aligning with overall business goals. Execute tactics aligned with the strategies of the Division.
  • Provide clients critical information related to site search/sourcing and
    identification of potential and viable sites, establishing timing of availability, site advantages, locational information, and other considerations to support the feasibility of operation.
  • Manage and collate client feedback, hold sales and update meetings, and attend relevant events and meetings while continuously expanding your business network and on the hunt for business opportunities.
  • Conduct due diligence on the property and projects including National/local
    regulations and ordinances, legal and technical considerations. Obtain necessary documentation from various sources and verify their veracity.
  • Develop an extensive network of contacts that will include property owners / vendors, end-users, purchasers, developers, investors, brokers, potential joint venture partners, allied professionals, and other referrers of business.
  • Support and execute business development for the Division and identify
    opportunities for the provision of investment, transactions, and services.
  • Provide or report market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct property/project evaluation and financial feasibility study including
    market and competitor scan. Provide periodic reports to the Management.
  • Collaborate with the Property Operations Department and Facility Services
    Department to develop promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns targeted for building and business owners.
  • Update and maintain capability statements and documents related to our Asset Management business in the country, including company-wide communications, engagement contract drafting and review, statistics, case studies and project / process documents.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to acquisition activities, contracts, and agreements.
  • Perform other related duties and tasks necessary for the achievement of targets and objectives as assigned by the Management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Economics or any related field
  • At least three (3) of relevant work experience related to corporate sales, business development, property management, property acquisition, property sales and marketing, leasing, project management
  • Basic knowledge in property and asset management, construction and
    maintenance
  • Seasoned expert with solid background in corporate account management and a proven track record in achieving business sales goals, establishing, and maintaining business client relationships.
  • Willingness to Travel (preferably with driver’s license)
